Seasoning: 3 tablespoon Not Just A Sambal 3 Tablespoon Kacup Manis (sweet soy sauce) 2 Tablespoon Fish Sauce 2 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce 500g Egg Noodles Handful of Beansprouts 4 Eggs White Pepper 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 Chicken Thighs, deboned and cut to small pieces 8 King Prawns body shelled Mix the seasoning together in a bowl Fry Crushed garlic in wok and throw in Chicken thighs and fry until half cooked. Toss in the prawns and fry until prawns are just cooked. Set aside. Toss the noodles into the wok and add the seasoning. Stir fry until noodles and soft and coated with seasoning. Crack in the eggs and fry the eggs with the noodles until set. Toss in the Chicken and Prawns and stir fry quickly. Toss in Beansprouts and stir fry to mix thoroughly. Serve with Not Just a Sambal on the side, and half a calamansi.
