Dry Chicken Curry
6 Curry leaves1 tablespoon Ayam brand curry powder2 tablespoon Not Just a Sambal Salt2 chicken thigh meat cut into bite sized chunks1 teaspoon ground lemongrass
Fry Curry Leaves in oil until fragrant
Mix curry powder with water to form a paste and add to curry leaves. Fry gently until fragrant.
Add Not Just A Sambal
Add Chicken meat, lemongrass
Add a little water if too dry and stir fry until chicken is cooked and curry is dry.
Add Salt to taste.
Serve with Rice.
